Mary Charmaine Bontigao

Mary Charmaine Bontigao currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Unit Head at Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation since January 2012. In this role, Mary leads a team to fulfill staffing needs for the organization’s expansion, develops high-volume sourcing strategies, and continually improves the recruiting process for better efficiency and quality of hires. Prior to this position, Mary worked at Super Value Inc. from November 2006 to January 2012, where roles included Performance Management and Recruitment Officer, as well as HR Assistant. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from La Consolacion College - Bacolod (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. La Salle (2002-2006).
