Nancy Persson

Nancy Persson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational change. Currently serving as Principal at Leadership Growth Solutions since April 2017, Nancy specializes in executive coaching, strategic team development, and customized leadership programs. Previously, Nancy held notable roles such as Vice President of Talent Management at The Hanover Insurance Group, where responsibility included improving talent retention and development strategies, and Vice President of Global Talent Management at Staples, overseeing the execution of global talent management strategies. Nancy has also contributed strategically as a board member and Vice Chair of the Finance Committee for the Northeast Human Resources Association since December 2014. Nancy's academic background includes a BA in Education from Boston College and advanced degrees in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology from William James College.
