Shaela Weiss (Gallahue)

Shaela (Gallahue) Weiss possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Safety/Risk Coordinator at NEI General Contracting since January 2023, Shaela previously held positions including Bookkeeper at American Energy Care and AEC Solar, and Relief Direct Support Professional at the Center for Disability Services. Shaela has also worked for NEI General Contracting in multiple roles, including Sr. Accounting Associate and Construction Administrator, and served as Contracts Administrator at Metric Construction. Earlier career experience includes being a Regional Manager at EF Education First and a Job Coach/Case Manager at Lifeworks Employment Services. Shaela holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from Hamilton College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
