Jill Latacki

Jill Latacki, MBA has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Jill is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. Jill previously worked at Switzer as the Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. Prior to that, Jill was the Director of Human Resources at Life Safety Engineered Systems, Inc. Jill also has experience in customer service and management, having worked at SSDiesel Supply as the Customer Service Lead and later as the General Manager. Earlier in their career, Jill was a Senior District Manager at Tanning Bed, where they were responsible for turnaround efforts and overseeing a team of store managers.

Jill Latacki, MBA completed their Executive Master's of Business Administration degree from the University at Buffalo, School of Management, The State University of New York in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior from the same institution in 2012.
