Stacy Dean

Stacy Dean has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stacy began their career at Lifetime Health Medical Group in 2000, where they worked as a Team Leader. During their time there, they implemented a new scheduling protocol, transitioned the office to an electronic medical record system, and improved overall operations efficiency.

In 2008, Stacy joined Family Choice of New York as a Clinical Provider. Stacy established a personalized outreach approach to patients and their families, increasing patient satisfaction and revenue growth. Stacy also provided direct patient care and played a key role in developing and implementing treatment plans.

In 2015, Stacy was promoted to Quality Manager at Family Choice of New York. Stacy took on additional responsibilities, including leading a team of clinical providers and social workers, developing new wound and skin care modules, and capturing new revenue through coding analysis.

In 2018, Stacy joined Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. as the Chief Clinical Officer. Stacy later became the VP of Clinical Operations in June 2021. Stacy'sroles at the organization involved overseeing clinical operations and leading the clinical team.
