Ryan Hickey

Ryan Hickey is an experienced professional in both behavioral health and culinary arts, currently serving as Risk Manager and Clinic Manager at Neighborhood Health Center since June 2022. Previously, Ryan held the position of Executive Director at Bayview Recovery from October 2019 to May 2022 and Programs Manager at Crestview Recovery from April 2018 to October 2019. Ryan’s earlier experience includes roles as Residential Technician and Assistant House Manager at Sober Living PDX, and ownership of Oysters & Apples and Nantucket Shoals Seafood Market. Prior culinary roles include Executive Sous Chef at Elaine’s Restaurant and various positions at The Squeaky Bean Restaurant, Colt & Gray, and an internship at The French Laundry with Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Denver and holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University.
