David J. Burnett

David J. Burnett has extensive work experience in the health and human services field. David J. served as the Chief Growth Officer at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island from May 2018 to the present, and previously held positions as the Interim Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as the Deputy Secretary at the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services from October 2013 to February 2015.
