Deanna Lamontagne

Deanna Lamontagne serves as the Director of Clinical Process and Integration at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since July 2024. Prior to this role, Deanna held various leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from November 2001 to November 2023, including Director of Health and Medical Management Business Operations and Director of Care Management Implementation and Integration. Responsibilities included overseeing division-led programs, executing project plans, and implementing technology solutions. Deanna also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Member Service Manager, focusing on strategic initiatives and team development. Deanna holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
