Elizabeth McClaine has extensive work experience, starting in 2012 at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Elizabeth began as a Medical Expense Specialist and then progressed through various roles such as Benefits Management Specialist, Benefits Management Team Lead, Assistant Product Manager, and Product Manager in the Commercial Products department. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, developing new products, and managing operational processes.

In 2015, they became the Director of Operations and Strategy for Commercial Products before being promoted to Vice President of Commercial Products in 2018.
