Susan Porada

Susan Porada has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From March 2023 to the present, they have been serving as the Director of Assessment and Care Planning Medicare-Medicaid(MMP) at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Care Management at the same organization from November 2020 to March 2023. From October 2019 to November 2020, Susan worked as the Director of Clinical Management Services at Clearlink Partners. Their earlier experience includes roles at Senior Whole Health, where they served as the Director of Clinical Care Services from May 2018 to October 2019, the Clinical Services Manager from September 2006 to May 2018, and the Nurse Care Manager from February 2005 to September 2006. In these roles, Susan was responsible for overseeing various clinical services, including the management of the Clinical Services Department and the Community Service Team, the Personal Care Attendant Program, the MDS-HC assessment process, Home Based Community Services, and Long Term Services and Supports.

Susan Porada attended Bristol Community College from 1978 to 1980 and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing.
