Carol Scott North is an experienced educator and program administrator with a career spanning over two decades in various teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Adult Education Substitute Teacher at Neighborhood House since August 2018, Carol previously held multiple positions at St. Paul Preparatory School, including Spanish and English Teacher, ESL Co-Teacher, and Director of Outreach and Host Family Relations.
