Patrick Tu

Patrick Tu has extensive experience in the mortgage and banking industries, currently serving as a Post Closing Administrator at Neighborhood Loans since November 2019, focusing on data entry and organization of loans while facilitating communication among various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions as a Mortgage Loan Officer at PNC and as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America, where top-tier home lending solutions were provided in the greater Chicagoland area. Patrick volunteered to relocate to Indianapolis, IN to support Bank of America's expansion in that region. Additional experience includes roles as a Relationship Banker III at Huntington National Bank and a Personal Banker at U.S. Bank, alongside earlier work as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy and an IT Intern at Catamaran Health Services Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Waubonsee Community College.
