Steve Smith has a diverse work experience in various industries. Steve began their career as a Producer at Create Advertising Group from 2005 to 2008, followed by a role as a Producer at Trailer Park from 2008 to 2009. Steve then worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as the Director of Creative Services in the Columbia Pictures Division for a brief period in 2009. Steve later served as the Director of A/V Marketing at Miramax Films from June 2009 to January 2010. Steve also has experience in video game marketing, having worked as an Owner at Motion Media Consulting from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they produced marketing campaigns for games such as "Republique," "Twisted Metal," and "Command and Conquer: Generals 2." In 2016, Steve created The AD Toolkit, a software solution for N2 Publishing franchisees. Currently, they are the Director of New Business Development Operations at N2 Publishing, where they oversee talent acquisition and utilizes various tools to enhance efficiency and performance in the organization.
