Remus Boxley

Remus Boxley brings more than 20 years of human resources (HR) experience, having held HR leadership roles in a variety of industries including: financial services, healthcare, supply chain/retail, transportation, engineering and nonprofits. Boxley is highly adept in all areas of HR, although his passion centers around coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and retention, leadership and employee development, and employee relations. His upbringing, professional experiences and longstanding commitment to treating all with the utmost dignity and respect allows him to lead with compassion, empathy and integrity, regardless of the situation he encounters.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and an MBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He has been certified twice as a senior human resources professional by HRCI and firmly believes in the concept of lifelong learning. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, completing home projects, serving the community and spending time with family and friends.

Most recently, Boxley served as the senior vice president of HR for Hilldrup Moving, Storage and Logistics, where his transformational leadership style and laser focus on becoming an employer of choice positioned the company for greater organizational success — now and in the future.
