Danny Goodman is the COO and Cofounder of Neighborhoods.com.

Danny's been in the real estate industry since 1995, when he worked for the Del Webb Corporation. He's hired and coached hundreds of people in the industry, but the best hire he made started a relationship that would eventually lead to the beginning of Neighborhoods.com.

After holding several positions of increasing responsibility in the real estate industry, Danny left in 2011 to join his former colleague, who had founded 55places.com, and help build it into the foremost online resource to help people find the perfect active adult community. In building a team of elite partner real estate agents across the country, they realized they could take the company to the next level by helping all homebuyers find the perfect neighborhood. Thus the beginning of the journey to build Neighborhoods.com.
