Mike Bluell

Mike Bluell is currently the Director of Operations at Nekoosa, a position they have held since February 2021. Before joining Nekoosa, they served as an Operations Manager at Donaldson from August 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Donaldson Company, Inc as a Plant Manager from July 2016 to July 2017. Mike previously worked at Nekoosa, where they held various roles including Director of Operations from February 2014 to June 2016, Director of Sales from January 2013 to March 2014, Operations Manager from January 2008 to December 2012, and Production Coordinator from July 2006 to December 2008.

Mike Bluell completed their Associates degree in Business Administration/Human Resource from Mid-State Technical College from 2002 to 2004. Mike then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University, graduating between 2009 and 2011.
