Lindsey Kadchhud

Lindsey Kadchhud, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over a decade. Lindsey currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Nektar Therapeutics, a role they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, Lindsey served as the Human Resources Director and Associate Director of Human Resources at the same company. Lindsey also held the position of Human Resources Business Partner from August 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Nektar Therapeutics, Lindsey worked at Mars Petcare US, where they held various roles. Lindsey served as the Regional People and Organization (HR) Business Partner from February 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were the P&O Manager for Organizational Effectiveness, where they played a key role in designing the Organizational Scorecard and implementing the U.S. People Mars Operating System. Lindsey also led a cross-functional team in an Internal Supply and Finance Organizational Design project and worked as a P&O Specialist.

Lindsey's early career was with Schneider Electric, where they held the position of Senior HR Representative from September 2009 to April 2014. Lindsey also worked as a Compensation Analyst from June 2008 to September 2009.

Lindsey Kadchhud, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Tennessee Technological University. This education occurred from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Lindsey obtained two certifications, namely "From the Laboratory to Leadership" from The Leadership Edge in July 2021 and "Professional in Human Resources" from HR Certification Institute in January 2014.
