Justin Reynolds

Justin Reynolds is a Senior Field Service Engineer at Nel Hydrogen, with extensive experience in the fuel cell industry. Previous roles include Field Sustaining Engineer at Doosan Fuel Cell America, Inc., where leadership of RCCA teams and development of troubleshooting procedures were key contributions. As a Service Engineer at ClearEdge Power, Justin applied Red X© methods and Weibull analysis to enhance field operations. Earlier experience as a Manufacturing Engineer and Systems/Electrical Engineer at UTC Power involved implementing manufacturing processes and improving systems controls for fuel cell power plants. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western New England University.
