Michael Parent

Michael Parent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts and risk management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Contracts and Risk Manager at Nel Hydrogen since December 2021, Michael previously held significant roles at Triumph Group and L3 KEO, where responsibilities included overseeing contracts for Boeing programs and managing high-value government contracts. Michael's career at Hamilton Sundstrand spanned over 35 years in various managerial roles, including Senior Project Manager for International Trade Compliance and Chief Contract Administrator for space systems, where oversight included classified contracts for NASA and the Department of Defense. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting minor from American International College, complemented by an Associate's degree from Springfield Technical Community College.
