Jenifer Holloway

Jenifer Holloway is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and litigation. Currently serving as Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for Nelnet since March 2022, Jenifer previously held the position of Deputy County Attorney at the Lancaster County Attorney's Office from December 2017 to March 2022. Prior roles include Senior Compliance Officer at Nelnet and Senior Certified Law Student at the Nebraska College of Law Civil Clinic. Jenifer has also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Nebraska Attorney General's Office and University of Nebraska–Lincoln, in addition to serving as a Mediator and Intern in various legal settings. Jenifer holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
