Tom Cassidy

Tom Cassidy serves as the Operations Manager at Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects since September 2015 and has held the role of Operations Consultant at Dataverse Consulting since August 2014. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Real Estate Virginia LLC Appraisals and the Local Energy Alliance Program, focusing on commercial programs and PACE initiatives in Washington, D.C. Tom's background in real estate includes positions at Self-Help Ventures Fund and Zapolski Real Estate, along with civil engineering roles at McKee Carson and Tetra Tech. Tom holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
