Michael Otto

Mike Otto, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Benefits & Compensation at NELSON since July 2003. In this role, Mike directs and executes daily HR functions for the award-winning architecture and design firm, focusing on nationwide benefit strategic planning, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Brisben Companies and CA-One Services / Delaware North Companies, where Mike managed HR functions for the Eastern US region and handled comprehensive HR responsibilities, respectively. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
