Olayinka Ojikutu, ACIPM, SPHRi, PPA Certified Practitioner, has a wealth of experience in Human Resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at NEM Insurance PLC, Olayinka has demonstrated expertise in providing strategic guidance on all people matters. Prior to this role, Olayinka held positions such as HR Manager at Southern Sun Ikoyi Hotels and Head of Human Resources & Admin at Consultants Collaborative Partnership (CCP). With a background in Employment Studies and Human Resources Management, Olayinka has a strong foundation in HR practices and has successfully driven cultural and organizational change within companies.
