Michael Marsh

Michael Marsh has extensive experience in human resources, holding managerial positions in various companies such as Nemak, Metalsa, Hella, Visteon, and Ford Motor Company. Michael's responsibilities included providing strategic direction, counsel, and a full range of HR services for multiple manufacturing plants and thousands of employees. Michael also played key roles in major acquisitions, transition of HR services, and the establishment of compensation and benefits programs. Marsh holds a Master's Degree in Safety Management and has completed a Leadership Development Program at IESE Business School.
