Scott Adam

Scott Adam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in training development and project management. Currently serving as a FA Threat and Training Modernization Subject Matter Expert at Nemean Solutions, LLC since October 2022, Scott previously dedicated 16 years to the US Army in various roles, including Training Developer, Platoon Sergeant, Advanced Individual Training Instructor, and Section Chief. In these capacities, Scott played a vital role in developing training materials, supervising personnel, and ensuring operational readiness. Prior to military service, Scott worked at Compaq Computer Corporation, advancing from Beta Tester to Project Manager. Scott holds an Associate of Science in Technical Management from American Military University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at Purdue Global.
