Heino G. Oesten

Heino G. Oesten has a strong background in IT service management and leadership. Heino G. began their career at Siemens in 2010 as a Team Manager before moving to Atos in 2011 to take on the same role. In 2013, they joined Ikano Bank as an IT Team Lead, where they established a global IT Service Desk and managed the Local Support Nordic team. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of IT Service Manager at Ikano Bank, where they collaborated with stakeholders to ensure efficient IT services. Oesten then joined nemlig.com in 2018, first as an IT Service & Support Manager and later as the Head of IT Infrastructure and End-user services. In this current role, their responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure and end-user services.
