Adéla Ronková

Adéla Ronková has extensive experience in the health care and recruitment sectors, currently serving as a Clinical Study Coordinator in Cardiology at Nemocnice Na Homolce since September 2018, focusing on patient screening, enrollment for clinical trials, informed consent, and data collection. Previously, Adéla worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment in various fields, client acquisition, and interview processes. Additional experiences include internships in the economics department at Czech TV and with Caritas Czech Republic, alongside work in the hospitality sector. Adéla holds a Master’s degree in Management and Supervision in Social and Health Care Organisations from Charles University, a diploma in Charitable and Social Work from CARITAS – College of Social Work Olomouc, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy and Social Work from Palacký University in Olomouc.
