Lukáš Moravec

Lukáš Moravec is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personnel management and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Specialista at Nemocnice Na Homolce since September 2022, Lukáš previously worked at PRONATAL as a Personalista, where responsibilities included overseeing the care of 350 primarily healthcare employees and implementing new recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior work experience includes a role as an HR Specialist on the BMW Future Mobility Development Center project at COLAS CZ, where Lukáš coordinated recruiting and onboarding efforts and supported the employee lifecycle.
