Nancy Lockhart

Nancy Lockhart is an experienced instructor and operational leader, currently serving as an Instructor with NENA: The 9-1-1 Association since December 2019. Prior to this role, Nancy held positions as an EMD-Q Instructor at IAED from March 2014 to September 2023 and as a Regional Software Instructor at Priority Dispatch from 2008 until September 2023. Nancy's extensive experience in emergency dispatch operations includes over three decades as the Deputy Director of Operations at St Joseph County Fire Dispatch from December 1989 to March 2023. Nancy possesses a Certificate in Accounting from Michiana College, completed between 1989 and 1991, and further education from Indiana University Northwest.
