Josh Oakes has a solid work experience starting from 2001. Josh began their career as a General Manager at Spindletop System Dynamics, LLC in January 2001 and continued until March 2002. Josh then joined Thrive Networks in August 2004, serving as the Director of Client Services until July 2005. Josh later became the Director of Operations from August 2005 to February 2008. In February 2008, they joined Thrive Networks, A Staples Company as the Vice President Operations, a position they held until September 2012. From September 2012 to August 2021, they worked at New England Network Solutions as the EVP, Operations & Finance and eventually became the President in August 2021.
Josh Oakes has a diverse education history. In 1992, they graduated from Medfield High School. Josh then went on to attend Framingham State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Computer Science. In 2007, they pursued additional education and completed ITIL Foundations v3 and Practitioner v2 certifications at Pink Elephant. In 2008, Josh attended the American Strategic Management Institute, specializing in Lean Six Sigma. In April 2014, they obtained the Certified Professional Administrator certification from ConnectWise.
