Wigger Tims is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in GIS and project management. As the Owner of Earth Art since July 2020, Wigger oversees operations while also acting as an Advisor and Business Developer for NEO BV Netherlands, where responsibilities include managing tree service projects, business development in collaboration with Boomregister, account management for provinces, and ensuring quality compliance with ISO standards. Previous roles include developing web mapping applications at Goudappel Coffeng and serving as a GIS Specialist with Swedesurvey in Rwanda, focusing on land use planning. Wigger's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Geo-information Science and Earth Observation from the University of Twente and a Master of Science in Geomatics from the University of Gävle.
