Ian Sutherland

Ian Sutherland is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in web and mobile application development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Neo Financial Canada since March 2019, Ian also owns The Royal Pub as of November 2023. As a Principal Consultant for Element Software since May 2003, Ian specializes in consulting and development. Previous roles include mentoring at Lighthouse Labs, serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Lottery.com, and holding the position of Chief Development Officer at Relay Labs. Ian also contributed as a Senior Software Developer at Pason Systems from 2012 to 2015. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, obtained between 1998 and 2007.
