Joel Wood

Joel Wood is an experienced software developer and registered nurse. Currently serving as an Intermediate Software Developer at Neo Financial since October 2021, Joel manages website requests and utilizes content management systems for marketing and growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Joel held various nursing positions at Alberta Health Services from June 2015 to July 2020, providing critical care in a cardiac surgery unit and enhancing nursing skills through professional development. Additionally, Joel contributed to harm reduction initiatives as a Registered Nurse at HIV Community Link from February 2019 to October 2019. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta, completed in 2018, and furthered education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2020 to 2021.
