Lavanya Mohan

Lavanya Mohan is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development and Director of Quality Assurance at Neo Financial since November 2021, Lavanya also contributes as the Co-Lead for the Calgary Chapter of The Test Tribe since December 2023. Previous roles include Senior QA Engineer at Grab, Quality Engineer at Vuclip Inc., and Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Lavanya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2012.
