Cailen Dsa is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Neo.Tax, a company that automates and optimizes taxes, starting with making the R&D payroll and income credit easy to claim for businesses. Cailen has also been an Investor at CRV (Charles River Ventures) since 2022, a firm that focuses on enterprise and consumer investing globally.

Prior to their current roles, Cailen was the Founder of T2D3 LLC, a SaaS advisory for companies scaling to 100m+ ARR, from 2018 to 2021. Cailen has also been an Investor and Advisor at Okay, Retool, Zip Intake-to-Procure, LiveKit, HeadsUp, Cortex, and Grain since 2021.
