Deborah Kang

Deborah Kang serves as the Senior Director of Product, Security, and Privacy at Neo4j since December 2024. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Senior Product Counsel at Zscaler from May 2024 to December 2024 and served as Senior Corporate Counsel, Product at Snowflake between April 2020 and April 2024, focusing on legal requests in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Deborah's legal expertise also includes a role as Corporate Counsel, Product at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where responsibilities included developing and managing an educational program on venture finance. Previous experience features positions at Fenwick & West and Paul Hastings, where Deborah specialized in trademark management and legal advisory services. Deborah holds a BA in English from Williams College, a JD from the University of Southern California, and has also studied at the University of Oxford.
