Oswaldo Garcia

Oswaldo Garcia's work experience includes being the CEO and Board Member at NeoAssist.com S/A since October 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Kovi, including CFO and Strategy, M&A, IR, and People from December 2021 to September 2022, and Chief of Staff & Strategy from December 2020 to December 2021. Oswaldo also founded and served as the Managing Partner at Garos Capital from August 2017 to November 2020. Oswaldo worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from September 2016 to May 2017. Before that, they gained experience as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015 and as a Pre-MBA Venture Capital Analyst at Garan Ventures in 2014. Oswaldo started their career as a Petroleum Engineer at Petrobras in September 2008, where they managed construction projects and served as an interim unit manager. Oswaldo also worked as a Production/Packaging Intern at Ambev from April 2007 to February 2008, where they supported the Packaging Manager in supervising beer production lines.

Oswaldo Garcia completed their education at various prestigious institutions. Oswaldo started by earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade de Brasília in 2008. Later, in 2009, they attended the Petrobras Corporate University to specialize in Well Construction and became a Certified Petroleum Engineer. Most recently, from 2014 to 2016, Oswaldo pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Strategy and Finance, from Harvard Business School.
