Rafaela Armesto

Rafaela Armesto possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de RH at Neobpo since January 2017, following various roles including Coordenadora de RH and Especialista de RH. Prior to Neobpo, Rafaela held positions at TIVIT from 2010 to 2016, progressing from Analista de RH JR to Supervisora de RH. In terms of education, Rafaela holds an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from UNIMONTE, a Postgraduate degree in Coaching Cognitivo Comportamental from Universidade Santa Cecília, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Paulista.
