Cédric Leonardo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cédric is currently the Head of Delivery at Neobrain, where they manage a team responsible for assisting clients in platform deployment and oversees the customer care department. Prior to this, they worked at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners as a Manager and Senior Consultant in the HR, SIRH, and Organization departments. Cédric also gained experience at IDEMIA as the Responsible for HR Processes and HR Communication, where they handled recruitment, communication initiatives, training, audits, and performance evaluations. Before that, they worked at DXC Technology as a Consultant specializing in HCM, SIRH, and Change Management, implementing various modules for employee performance management and learning management systems. Cédric's earlier roles include being an Internal Mobility Project Leader at Natixis, a Training Project Leader at Orange, and a Vendor/Manager Assistant and Customer Relationship Manager at EDF.
Cédric Leonardo has a strong education background in management and human resources. Cédric pursued their Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Management of Human Resources through an apprenticeship program at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Cédric also obtained a Diplôme Universitaire Technologique in Techniques de Commercialisation from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
In addition to their formal education, Cédric has earned several certifications to enhance their skill set. Cédric became a Cornerstone Learning Expert and a Cornerstone Learning Specialist through Cornerstone OnDemand in June 2020. Cédric also acquired the Google Analytics beginners certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in November 2020.
