Denis Descause

Denis Descause has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. From 2023, they serve as the Chief Product Officer and Managing Director at NEOBRAIN. Prior to this role, they founded and led Flashbrand as the Founder and CEO from 2015 to 2023, where they developed a real-time employee feedback solution.

Before their entrepreneurial venture with Flashbrand, Denis worked at SAP. Denis held multiple positions at SAP, including Global Business Development Lead from 2010 to 2015, Portfolio Strategy - Group Director from 2007 to 2010, Senior Director Market Strategy from 2005 to 2007, and Executive Director Strategic Operations from 2004 to 2005.

Denis Descause's earlier career includes working as a Strategy and Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they served as the presales consulting Managing Director at HP from 1996 to 2001 and as a presales consultant at Convex Computer Corporation from 1995 to 1996.

Denis started their career as a Research Engineer at EDF R&D in 1991, where they worked until 1995. Overall, Denis has demonstrated expertise in various leadership, strategy, and consulting roles across different industries.

Denis Descause obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from ENSTA Paris, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. After completing their master's degree, they briefly attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 1990, where they pursued a DEA degree in Computer architecture. In addition, Denis also studied at the Ecole normale supérieure from 1988 to 1990, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science, where they obtained a MMFAI degree.
