Konrad Kleinholz has worked in various roles since 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Senior Consultant at tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Consultant at Nagler & Company. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Sales Advisor at Tesla. From 2018 to 2019, they were Head of Sales & Partnerships at The Esports Observer. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Enterprise Account Executive and Global Account Director, Growth at WeWork. Most recently, they have been a Senior Enterprise Account Director at Hubilo since 2021. Starting in 2022, they will be the General Manager, Germany at NEOBRAIN.

Konrad Kleinholz attended RWTH Aachen University from 2006 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Electrical Engineering.
