Rajendra Bhaskar

Rajendra Bhaskar has been in the business world since 2015. Rajendra began their career as the Co-Founder and AVP of Omni.Care, where they developed and executed customer surveys to identify market demand and optimize strategy for the firm. Rajendra then moved on to Riders On Roll, where they were the CEO and Founder. In 2021, they joined miniOrange Inc as the Growth & Strategy - Product. Currently, they are the Growth & Strategy at NeoDocs (YC S21) and the Director at Vishawas Finvest, an NBFC licensed by RBI, where they are contributing to economic development by promoting individuals, SMEs, and private industries by bridging their working capital gap through lending primarily in rural markets. Rajendra is also developing a digital lending platform.

Rajendra Bhaskar obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician in 2018. Rajendra continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Masters of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in the same field in 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from Bangor University in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2021, they obtained a 3rd Place - UBC Masters Challenge certification from UBC Worldwide. In 2019, they obtained an Ironman 70.3 Turkey Finisher certification from The IRONMAN Group.
