Essam Elnashar

Essam Elnashar has a diverse work experience in the fields of hardware engineering, process engineering, software engineering, and web production. Essam started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant II at the University of Minnesota in 2012 and has since worked in various roles at companies like Neogen Corporation, 3M, Trane, and Exosite. In their most recent role as Lead Hardware Engineer at Neogen Corporation, they have shown leadership and expertise in hardware design. Essam'sexperience includes digital and analog simulation, low voltage embedded control product design, quality improvement projects, and failure analysis.

Essam Elnashar completed a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree at the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2015. Essam is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the same institution starting in 2022.
