Jessica Robertson

Jessica Robertson is an experienced project manager currently at NEOGOV since September 2022, following a notable tenure at MITC Software where roles included Senior Project Manager and Software Trainer - Team Lead from January 2018 to September 2022. Jessica's expertise encompasses customer engagement for software configuration, technical documentation, and project planning. Prior to MITC, Jessica served as a Language Arts Instructor at Howard County Public School System, where achievements included multiple nominations for the GT Educator Recognition program and a role on the Instructional Intervention Team. Additional experience includes tutoring for ACT/SAT at Academic Coaches, serving as a Bank Teller at The Columbia Bank, and coordinating programs at HandReach. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland.
