Sergey Kats

Sergey Kats is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at NEOGOV since November 2014. Prior roles include National Development Manager at Advantage Sales & Marketing, where Sergey managed the development of an event planning application and led software projects utilizing Scrum methodology. Sergey held the position of VP, Application Architect at City National Bank, focusing on SOA initiatives, API design, and enhancing customer engagement through various technologies. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Brightable, Inc. and New World Systems, as well as software engineering and consulting positions at codebump and Analysts International. Sergey holds a degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completed between 1996 and 1999.
