Joy Shanker Bhattacharjee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joy Shanker began their career in the Indian Navy as a Training & Development/Executive Cadre from 1997 to 2012. Following that, they worked at VXpress as an Assistant Manager HR & Admin from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for various HR functions and administration tasks. Joy Shanker then joined Sowparnika Projects and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd as HR & Admin, overseeing recruitment, training, development, and administration for the company in South India. In 2016, Joy joined NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd. and currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President HR. Joy Shanker has played a vital role in recruitment, implementing new projects, and emphasizing direct sourcing to reduce costs.
