Melissa Saoudy is the Founder and CEO of The Why Impact Consulting, leading a think and do company focused on creating a positive impact in the world. In addition, Melissa serves as a Creative Leader at Neol, a platform empowering creative professionals, and as a #Iamremarkable facilitator at Google, promoting women's empowerment. Previously held positions include Senior Strategist at Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, Fractional Chief Operating Officer at MetAmazonia Inc., and Strategy and Innovation Lead at TONOMUS. Melissa co-founded Tassei, a fashion brand for professional women, and has extensive consulting experience at EY, where significant projects spanned business transformation and innovation across multiple regions. Academic credentials include a Master's in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge and multiple bachelor's degrees from the University of Minnesota, complemented by certifications from MIT and LSE.
