Akira H. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. They started their career as a Sales Executive at TOKYO DAIYUSYA Co., Ltd., where they sold advertisement slots and built client relationships. They then moved on to work as a Marketing Planner at LIFE SCEIENCE INFORMATION Co., Ltd., where they developed and executed merchandising strategies for various products.
In 1997, Akira joined AMWAY JAPAN G.K. as a Senior Product Brand Manager and later became a Brand Communication Manager. During their time at AMWAY, they created and executed communication strategies for energy drink and supplement brands, organized launch events, and developed seminar plans to generate brand awareness. They also developed marketing strategies for home and durable products, launched a new water purifier, and improved sales promotions.
From 2014 to 2017, Akira worked as a Marketing and Planning Manager at TASLY JAPAN CO., LTD., a direct selling company specializing in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products. They led the development and launch of TCM-based new products, planned and executed annual campaign plans, and developed strategies for e-commerce and TV shopping.
Currently, Akira works as a Marketing Manager at NeoLife International, an FMCG direct selling company. They have developed an annual marketing strategy for the company's products and business, and they oversee its progress in all aspects.
Throughout their career, Akira has consistently demonstrated their expertise in marketing and planning, with a focus on product development, brand communication, and campaign execution.
