Sean Cao

Sean Cao is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with a robust background in management across various industries. Currently serving as the GM of Supply Chain at Neolix since March 2022, Sean oversees all facets of supply chain management, including planning, sourcing, purchasing, quality control, and logistics. Prior to this role, Sean held key positions such as GM of Intelligent Connectivity Devices BU at Continental, where the focus was on developing intelligent transportation solutions, and Head of Procurement at Hellobike, managing sourcing and project departments. Additionally, Sean has experience in sourcing management at Geoharbour Group, commodity management at Whirlpool Corporation, and international purchasing at Wuxi Little Swan General Appliance Co., Ltd. Sean holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jiangnan University.
