Luke Normington

Luke Normington is an experienced executive in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Neology, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Luke was Managing Director at PIPS Technology by Neology from October 2018. A significant tenure at Siemens from February 2007 to October 2018 included various leadership positions, including Head of Enforcement Solutions, where responsibility encompassed global business development and sales in the road traffic domain. Luke built and managed go-to-market strategies, while also serving as Sector IT Partner, Acting Head of Postal, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager, where strategic oversight and project delivery were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a role as Traffic Design Engineer at Siemens Traffic Controls from November 2004. Luke holds an MEng degree in Electronic & Computer Systems Engineering from Loughborough University.
